MERCURY
Mecury is the smallest closest planet to the sun in the Solar System. Its orbits takes 87.97 Earth days, the shortest of all planet in the solar system. Mecury completes three rotations of its axis. It is gravitationally locked and this rotation is unique to the solar system
Mercury's surface is similar in appearance to that the Moon, showing extensive mare-like plains and heavy cratering, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billion of years
